Kuhusu mifumo ya nambari

Binary (Base 2)

Uses only two digits: 0 and 1. Widely used in computing and digital systems because it can be easily represented by electronic switches (on/off).

Decimal (Base 10)

Mfumo wa kawaida wa nambari unaotumiwa na wanadamu. Inatumia tarakimu kumi kutoka 0 hadi 9. Msimamo wa kila tarakimu unawakilisha nguvu ya 10.

Hexadecimal (Base 16)

Inatumia alama 16: 0-9 na A-F. Inatumika sana katika kompyuta kuwakilisha data ya binary katika fomu iliyoshikana zaidi na inayoweza kusomeka na binadamu.

Octal (Base 8)

Inatumia tarakimu nane kutoka 0 hadi 7. Kihistoria inatumika katika kompyuta, ingawa haipatikani sana leo ikilinganishwa na hexadecimal.
